Buchie Limited designs, builds and operates the systems described on this site. We are not a reseller — the software is ours, we host it, and we remain responsible for it once it is live.
Work is carried out under a written agreement. Where a system holds information about a client’s customers, a data processing agreement sets out what we may do with it, how long it is kept and what happens to it if the engagement ends.
We work with a small number of clients at a time, which is deliberate. It is the only way to answer the phone properly.
How we work
Customer lists and order history belong to the client. If we part ways you keep them and we delete our copies.
One month’s notice, no minimum term. If a system is not earning its fee you should not be paying it.
We would rather lose a deal than promise a feature or a response time we cannot actually deliver.
