The customer sends a message to the business number. The menu arrives straight away — items, prices and collection time — without anyone having to answer the phone.
Each item is added to a running basket. The customer sees the total update as they go, can add more, and confirms when they are ready. The basket expires if they wander off.
They choose to pay by card or settle on collection. If they pay online, nothing is sent to the kitchen until the payment provider confirms the money has arrived.
The order appears on the board and an alert goes to the owner’s phone, with a reference and a collection time already calculated. Where delivery applies, a courier is requested at the same moment.
Getting set up
Items, prices and any options, exactly as you have them today. Nothing is reworded without asking.
The flow is built, branded and tested end to end before anyone outside the business sees it.
We start with a handful of real orders so any rough edges show up while the stakes are low.
A QR code on the table, a line on the receipt, a sticker on the door. That is what moves people across.
Honest answers
Every order flow has a fallback to your normal phone line. If the automation fails, orders do not vanish into a black hole — the customer rings you, the way they always did.
They won’t find it on their own. It converts the customers you already have, which means a QR code on the table, a line on every receipt and staff mentioning it. Realistically you would move a portion of your repeat customers across over the first few months, not all of them in a week.
No. No app, no sign-up, no password. If they can send a message, they can order.
Get started
We can set the flow up with your own items and prices so you can order from it yourself before deciding anything.
